infoWhat is the MateRisk Index?

The MateRisk Index is a self-assessment built around one core principle: honesty and accountability. It is not here to judge you. It is here to show you — and the people around you — who you actually are.

Every question is designed to make you look inward. Some questions will be uncomfortable. Some will challenge how you see yourself. That discomfort is the point. Growth starts with honesty.

If you lie in your answers, you are not fooling anyone but yourself. Your score won't reflect who you want to be — it will reflect the mask you're wearing. The people who score highest aren't perfect. They're the ones who are honest about their imperfections.

The MateRisk Index covers three areas of your life:

How you show up in relationships. Your loyalty, emotional maturity, financial responsibility, lifestyle choices, and how honest you are with the people who trust you most.
workEmployee
How you show up at work. Your work ethic, reliability, integrity under pressure, how you treat colleagues, and whether you bring genuine dedication or just go through the motions.
starCharacter & Integrity
Who you are when no one is watching. The choices you make when there's no reward for doing the right thing and no consequence for doing the wrong thing. This is your true character.
